Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SUPENTIS website properties, platform demonstrations, documentation portals, and enterprise software services.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Enterprise Agreements

By accessing supentis.com or using any SUPENTIS platform services, you agree to comply with these terms. Enterprise platform deployments (Medleep, Edleep, Erpleep) are additionally governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All software, source code, identity architectures (including LeepID), trademarks, research publications, documentation, and web design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of SUPENTIS Technologies.

3. Service Availability & SLA Commitments

While public web properties are provided on an “as-is” basis for informational purposes, commercial platform instances are subject to our 99.99% availability targets supported by financial SLA credits as specified in institutional contracts.

4. Responsible Use & Security Expectations

Users shall not attempt unauthorized system penetration, reverse engineering, or rate-limit circumvention. Security researchers must adhere strictly to our Responsible Disclosure Policy.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute resolution for institutional clients is conducted via binding international arbitration as specified in the applicable MSA.
